การปกครองของไทย

การปกครองของไทยนั้น สมัยก่อนใช้แบบสมบูรณาญาสิทธิราช จนถึงรัชกาลที่ 7 มีเหตุการณ์ คือ มีคณะอยู่คณะหนึ่ง ชื่อ " คณะราษฎร์ " มาเขียนรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับแรกของไทย จนมีอำนาจเป็นประชาธิปไตย

การเรียนรู้การปกครองของไทย ถือเป็นสิ่งที่ควรรู้ดังนี้

รัฐธรรมนูญเป็นกฎหมายสูงสุดของประเทศ พระมหากษัตริย์เป็นประมุขของประเทศ และพระมหากษัตริย์ก็ทรงใช้อำนาจผ่านทางอธิปไตย ซึ่งมีอยู่ 3 อย่าง คือ

1. อำนาจนิติบัญญติ มีหน้าที่ออกกฎหมาย พระมหากษัตริย์ทรงใช้อำนาจนี้ผ่านรัฐสภา รัฐสภามีอยู่ 2 อย่าง คือ วุฒิสภามี 200 คน และ สภาผู้แทนราษฎรมี 500 คน
2. อำนาจบริหาร มีหน้าที่บริหารประเทศ พระมหากษัตริย์ทรงใช้อำนาจนี้ผ่านทางคณะรัฐมนตรี คณะรัฐมนตรี มีนายกรัฐมนตรี 1 คน และ รัฐมนตรีอีก 35 คน
3. อำนาจตุลาการ มีหน้าที่ตัดสินคดีความต่าง ๆ พระมหากษัตริย์ทรงใช้อำนาจนี้ผ่านทางศาล ศาลมี 4 ศาล คือ ศาลยุติธรรม มีอยู่ 3 ชั้น คือ ศาลชั้นต้น ศาลอุทธรณ์ และศาลฎีกา มีศาลรัฐธรรมนูญ ศาลปกครอง และศาลทหาร

อำนาจทั้ง 3 ส่วนมีความสำคัญมาก ๆ แยกออกจากกันไม่ได้ วันนี้ขอขอบคุณที่ท่านมาอ่านบทความนี้ สวัสดีครับ
